Products All products — including raw cacao, botanical extracts (blue lotus, rose, lion's mane) and blends — are sold for food and ceremonial use only. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Orders By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal age and that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Prices All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

No returns on food products Due to the nature of our products (food-grade consumables), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

Liability Alma de Cacao is not liable for any adverse reactions to our products. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical conditions or are pregnant.

Governing law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Groningen.
