Refund & Return Policy

As our products (raw cacao, botanical extracts, and blends) are food items, they are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(d) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. All sales are therefore final.

Exceptions apply only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives in this condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our contact page with your order number and photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
